When you place an order or contact us, we collect the following data from you for the purpose of fulfilling and communicating with you about your order and/or other requested information: name, address, business name and VAT number if applicable, telephone number and email. We use email to communicate with you about your orders and to inform you about our promotions if you chose to opt in to our newsletter. Your name and address are used only to send your orders or requested information to you. Your telephone number is only used occassionally to contact you about your order (for example if the address is incomplete or incorrect) and only after we have not been successful in get a response via email or if you have approached us by phone and have requested we return your call. If you pay by credit card via PayPal or Stripe credit card processing, it is processed directly through their own secure systems and Shanti Boutique does not ever receive any of your credit card information directly.

If you opt-in to our newsletter (sent less-than 12 times per year), your email is added to our icontact email campaign. If you later wish to opt-out or be forgotten/deleted, you can chose to unsubscribe through the link at the bottom of the email or you can email us and request us to do so for you.

We keep your information as long as is necessary for the use of our sevices. For tax purposes we retain information about actual placed ordered for 7 years.

Your Rights

You have the right to find out which information we have about you and also to have it deleted/forgotten. If you would like to know that or be deleted, you can email us your request anytime to info@shantiboutique.com.
