Our aim is to bring shanti to you and everyone we work with, from manufacturing to the market.

We do this by practicing fair trade principles to produce our unique products and by working with the Tibetan Children's Education foundation.

Do you practice fair trade?
Yes! We work directly with all of our manufacturers to ensure that workers are treated fairly. We are also members of the Fair Trade Federation. The Fair Trade Federation is an association of fair trade wholesalers, retailers, and producers whose members are committed to providing fair wages and good employment opportunities to economically disadvantaged artisans and farmers worldwide.

We practice fair trade principles and work with the Tibetan Children's Education Foundation (TCEF) to preserve the Tibetan Culture in exile through working first hand with TCEF as a board member since 2000, donating money to TCEF and giving the cause exposure.

How do I set up wholesale account?
If you are interested in becoming a wholesale customer, please click here to fill in a request form. Alternately, you can email or fax (206-888-5647) us your request and include your business information, billing and shipping address, contact name and Federal tax I.D. number (social security number is also accepted for sole proprietors). For European clients, please visit our European site.

What is your minimum wholesale order?
$200 (except Europe).

How do I retreive my lost password for the wholesale login?
Click here and then click on "forgot password?". Your password with be automatically emailed to your registered email address. Otherwise, you can also email us.

How can exchange or return a product?
Within 2 weeks of receiving your order, you can email us to inquire about exchanging an item. Please include, invoice number, item you want to exchange/return, your name and address and reason for exchange. DO NOT RETURN without contacting us first. This will speed up your exchange or return.
